Oxley agent quiet on move

The agent of rumoured Green Dragon signing Sam Oxley has not been giving anything away recently.
When asked about a move to Dragon Kia Joorbrachian declined to comment, although later making a public announcement that although Sam is leaving Pewter Pot, his mind hasn’t been made up yet.
Sky Bet makes him 1/4 to join Green Dragon by the start of the season.
